Old Stamps Of Affranchts Postes ( France - Europe )
France issued precancelled stamps to be used by mass mailers like newspaper and advertisers because of their reduced prices if used in volumes. Beside " Postes Paris " and " Postes France " what is shown here are the " Affranchts Postes " ( the third type of precancellation ).
