Old Stamps O Finland ( Europe )

Russia occupied Finland in 1809 thus became autonomous Grand Duche of the Roman Empire.  Early stamps of Finland were issued in 1875 without any country name.  After 1875 until 1885, stamps were issued with country name written in Swedish and Finnish. In 1889, the Finnish arm-type was changed and the name of Finland was included in Cyrillic.  In 1890, the Russian Minister of Interior was made the highest leader in the Finnish Post. Thus in 1891, Ring-Stamps were issued with values in kopec and rubbles and were used in Finland.  In 1900, Russian stamps were used on all foreign mails and the following year, Russian type stamps in Finnish currency were used in domestic mail as well. August 1900 too the Morning Stamps were released to be used for domestic purposes. 1913, the Romanoff Stamps were issued to be used in Finland.  Charity Stamps ( Apple Tree ) were printed to be used throughout Finland.
