Malaysian First Day Cover - The Coronation Of His Royal Highness Sultan Ibrahim Of Johore, Malaysia - Issued 23 Mac. 2015

Born on 22 November 1958, His Royal Highness Sultan Ibrahim was groomed from young to be a respectable and knowledgeable ruler. Following the foot steps of his forefathers, he participated in military and civil training  to establish a foundation for resilience, discipline and character building. He served the State Government in various offices, among them the State Secretary Office, the Treasury, Land Office, Town and Country Planning Department, Forestry Department and Agriculture Department where  he acquired knowledge on the intricacies of management and administration of a state as a prelude to his role as a ruler. On the demise of his father Tunku Iskandar,  Tunku Ibrahim was proclaimed the Sultan of Johore  on 23rd. Mac 2010. His Highness is married to Her Royal Highness Raja Zarith Sofiah the daughter of the late Sultan of Perak.  They are blessed with six children , five sons and a daughter

The Ottoman Empire provinces of Bosnia Herzegovina were militarily administered by Austria-Hungary as decided by the Congress of Berlin ( 1878 ) before their annexation in 1908.   There is no country name ( only the Habsburg coats of arms ) - stamps are not shown here before the landscapes issue in 1906.

Malaysian First Day Cover- International Cooperative Project On Giant Panda Conservation - Issued 25th. February 2015

The  historical diplomatic ties between Malaysia and China were established about 40 years ago and the legacy is continued by the present Prime Minister when he visited China in April 2012 and was presented with a pair of giant pandas to reflect the continued relationship. The pair of giant pandas, named Fu Wa and Feng Yi were given Malaysian names as Xing Xing which means wealth and Liang Liang denoting beauty.

Stamps Of Deutschland (Republic Of Germany ) - Europe

In 1989, the Berlin Wall came down and the German Democratic Republic amalgamated with the Federal Republic and stamps were inscribed as " Deutschland " instead.  The post office became Deutsche Post. Dresden an area in former East Germany still uses German Bundespost in 1994.
