2.   BABA & NYONYA HERITAGE - Peranakan Chinese and Baba Nyonya are terms used for the descendants of late 15th. to 19th. century Chinese immigrants to the Malay archipelago.   Members of this community in Melacca  address themselves as " Baba & Nyonya " Baba is the address for the men and Nyonya for the women.  The Baba & The Nyonya were partially assimilated into the Malay culture, especially in food, dress and language used, while still retaining some of the Chinese traditions and culture like religion, name, folk medicine and festival  celebrations, thereby creating a new culture.

One month after Typhoon Haiyan tore through six Philippine islands, the death toll stands at 5, 924  persons and 1, 779 are still missing.  Malaysia as an Asean Country, is not left behind in doing her best to help relief the miseries of the affected population.  In conjunction  with the effort,  Pos Malaysia has put on sales a special issue and the profit of which will be given to the Philippines relief fun.

1.   100 Years Of Banking Excellence.  For the RHB Banking Group, the centennial celebration of RHB Bank Berhad is a time to step back and reflect on a journey of transformational progress.  Happened to be the country's oldest and first local bank began with the incorporation of the Kwang Yik Banking corporation a hundred years ago on 15th. July 1913.  RHB was formed when Kwang Yik and DCB Bank Berhad merged in 1977.  Two years alter in 1999 Sime Bank Berhad formerly known as UMBC Bank was merged into RHB.   This was followed by Sarawak-based Bank Utama Berhad four years later.
