Malaysia is a melting pot of various races and religions. It is of the most diverse countries in the world where people of different beliefs and culture live together harmoniously. It is very common to see different places of worship such as mosque, temple, church and gurdwara in the same neighborhood or a few hundred meters from each other. In this stamp edition, Pos Malaysia is showcasing a few well-know places of worship which we can track back their places of origin as far as South India, China and Sri Langka. Among them are 1. Masjid Kapitan Keling ( Penang ), 2. Church Of Saint Francis Xavier ( Melacca ), 3. Malaysian Ceylon Saivites Association ( Kuala Lumpur ), 4. Gurdwara Sahib Shapha ( Kuala Lumpur ) and 5.
